Incident Report for WorldTicket Operational Status

Resolved

During routine certificate reissue, on one of web servers certificate files for api.worldticket.net were updated on disk but web server wasn't reloaded. As a result system was processing request using expired SSL certificate between AUG 06 00:00:00 UTC and AUG 06 07:00:00 UTC.
