We would like to inform you of a scheduled maintenance to upgrade and migrate our database servers. This maintenance will take place on November 11 from 01:00 UTC to 02:00 UTC.

During this period:

- Our SMS systems will be temporarily unavailable as we reboot of SMS instances to ensure switching to new database server instance.
- Please expect brief interruptions in service, as this maintenance is necessary to enhance system performance and reliability.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding as we work to improve our services.
