On SEP 16 06:15 UTC monitoring team noticed an increase of response time to all operations with reservations in the system for the majority of customers.
During investigation it was found that the periodic task CancelExpiredSegments was failing to cancel expired segments for the last couple of hours and any subsequent invocation had to process an increased amount of segments. This caused performance degradation for all operations with reservations.
After manual interruption, processing time for reservations went back to normal at 08:15 UTC.
